Where can I report an issue with the Top.gg website?
If something is broken on our website or not working as intended, you can do one of the following:
First, refer to the pins in the #support channel of our Discord server to find more information regarding the most commonly reported issues, or ask for help from our community in the channel.
If your issue is not solved by asking in our #support channel or if you do not feel comfortable asking for assistance there, you can contact us via https://support.top.gg - see the next section for detailed instructions on how.
Getting assistance through our Discord server
Before reporting an issue, please refer to the pinned messages in the #support channel of our Discord server. Here, we post information related to the most commonly reported site issues.
If you can’t find answers to your issue in the pinned messages, feel free to ask in the #support channel including as much information as possible, describing what you were trying to do, what page you encountered the bug on, and helpful screenshots or screen recordings where possible. Please try using multiple browsers or devices during your troubleshoot as well.
It is not necessary to ping any staff members. The #support channel is regularly monitored by staff and the community and you should receive a response fairly quickly!
Submitting a Ticket
First, login to the support website and create a support ticket by clicking on the “New Support Ticket” link.
Next, fill out all of the required information. To find your Discord user ID, please read this article here. To find your Top.gg user ID, go to your profile on the website and copy the ID in the URL bar.
For the subject, please write a brief description of the issue you are experiencing. Such as “I am unable to login” or “The voting page does not work properly”. For the section, please select “Feedback/Other Issues” and then “Site Issue or Bug”.
In the description, please include as much information as possible about the issue you are experiencing. A good idea of what to include is this:
The expected behavior of the feature.
The observed behavior of the site.
Any applicable links, screenshots or screen recordings that may help us visualize the issue.
Steps on how to reproduce the bug.
Your web browser and version.
Your operating system and version.
Your screen resolution if possible.
Any additional information or comments that may help the team diagnose, fix or reproduce the issue.
Where can I report an issue with Top.gg auctions?
To report a bug or get help for auctions, you can contact us via a private thread in our Discord server in the #auctions-support channel, or submit a ticket via https://support.top.gg, marking the section of the ticket as "Auctions", describing your issue using the following information:
The expected behavior of the feature.
The observed behavior.
Any applicable links, screenshots or screen recordings that may help us visualize the issue.
Steps on how to reproduce the bug.
Your web browser and version.
Your operating system and version.
Your screen resolution if possible.
Any additional information or comments that may help the team diagnose, fix or reproduce the issue.
To open a private thread, select the “plus” button on the edge of the chat bar and select “Create Thread”.
Title your thread something appropriate to your issue, such as “Payment Issue” or simply put your username. Once made, please ping @Support Team inside the thread so that we are alerted to your thread and can join it.

We welcome new ideas and feedback! If you would like to leave feedback about our website or suggest new features or improvements, please use https://feedback.top.gg - other users can upvote your suggestions and you can upvote ones that you agree with or want to see.
Before posting, please double check to see if your suggestion or a similar suggestion already exists. This will help us stop duplicate suggestions. Make sure to include any information that you would like us to see in your feedback.
